<p>If you wear lots of polyester or any other man made fibre&#8211;with the possible exception of rayon&#8211;you are inviting excess sweat!  It&#8217;s true.   These fabrics don&#8217;t breath, therefore they block any kind of circulation next to the skin.  Your body heats up, and your  perspiration increases.</p>
<p>So do your self a favour and build a little air conditioning into your clothes.  Where lots of natural fibres like cotton and silk.   You&#8217;ll find you sweat a lot less!</p>
